- Certain products such as innerwear, swimwear, cosmetics, and personal care items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Clearance sale or final sale items are not eligible for returns.
2. Return Process

- Our team will guide you through the return procedure.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product back unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
- We will arrange a replacement or process a refund as per your preference.
4. Refunds for Returned Items
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
- Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges.
- Customers can return the item and place a new order for the replacement product.
