1. Eligibility for Refunds

- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Products such as innerwear, cosmetics, personal care items, and clearance sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Timeframe for Refunds
- Customers must request a return/refund within 7 days of delivery.
- Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
3. Refund Process

- Once your return is approved and received by us, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.

5. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
